Upon investigation, Du Mouyu admitted that while shopping at the supermarket, she became annoyed because the stroller was parked in front of the checkout counter, hindering her from checking out. As a result, she used her fingernails to pinch the inner ankle of the baby in the stroller, causing the skin there to peel off and resulting in local swelling. For the act of \"harming a person under the age of fourteen\", in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2, Item (2) of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishments, the Jimei police detained the offender Du Mouyu in accordance with the law. The police stated that any illegal acts involving the abuse of minors will be severely punished in accordance with the law.
It’s mentally twisted to target such young children; it’s completely unacceptable.
