These past few days, I’ve been walking 15,000 steps per day, which is about 10 km, for 3 consecutive days, and my legs are in severe pain. At one point, I walked 26 km in a single day; the pain was unbearable for the next two days. How many meters can an average person walk in a day, and how many days can they sustain this?
As long as one can keep going like this, it counts as a form of exercise; that’s good.
Personal suggestion: You can go for a brisk walk for 1 hour per day, taking about 10,000 steps; you can listen to music, move your arms, and exercise your body.
It’s hard to say; it depends on the nature of your work. If you’re working on-site, the steps taken should not exceed 20,000, while in an office setting, the limit is lower.
I don’t have that much; on average it’s around six or seven thousand
We exercise less; in ancient times, troops would march an average of 30 km per day. During the Red Army era, 70 km/day. Ordinary people like us probably can’t walk 15,000 meters!

It depends on the individual’s circumstances and condition; generally, it’s around 10,000 steps.
By keeping up with exercise, improvements can be achieved gradually! 20,000 is definitely within reach!
