Company overview: Company name: Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Project name: Phase II of the 40 million tons per year integrated refining and chemical processing project. The 40 million tons per year integrated refining and chemical project is located within the Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base in Zhejiang Province, and it is one of the major projects under the development of the China (Zhejiang) Free Trade Zone. It is a joint-stock enterprise established with funding from Rongsheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Juhua Investment Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Tongkun Investment Co., Ltd., and Zhoushan Marine Comprehensive Development Investment Co., Ltd. The total planned area of the project is 41 square kilometers, with a total investment of 173 billion yuan. It will produce more than 20 types of petrochemical products, including national VI-grade gasoline and diesel, aviation fuel, p-xylene (PX), high-end polyolefins, and polycarbonates. The project is planned in one go and implemented in two phases: Phase 1 is capable of processing 20 million tons of crude oil per year, producing 5.2 million tons of aromatics and 1.4 million tons of ethylene per year; it was completed and put into operation by the end of December 2019 ; Phase II is under active construction, with the capacity to process 20 million tons of crude oil per year, producing 6.6 million tons of aromatics and 2.8 million tons of ethylene annually. The second-phase project is divided into 8 functional zones: plant-wide utilities and auxiliary facilities, production units in the refining and aromatic compounds area, production units in the chemical processing area, utilities and transportation systems for the refining and aromatic compounds area, utilities and transportation systems for the chemical processing area, plant-wide projects for the refining and aromatic compounds area, plant-wide projects for the chemical processing area, and transportation facilities. This set of natural gas hydrogen production plant with a capacity of 200,000 standard cubic meters per hour is a new installation, designed primarily to supply hydrogen for the hydrogen-consuming equipment within the factory. The gas generation section of the unit utilizes the steam reforming hydrogen production technology developed by Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd., while the PSA purification section makes use of the mature pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology available in China. The nominal capacity of the hydrogen production facility is 200,000 standard cubic meters per hour of hydrogen, and it operates in a dual-series configuration, that is, 2×100,000 standard cubic meters per hour ; Operational flexibility is 50-110% ; Annual operating hours: 8,400 hours. The device is mainly composed of the following parts: 1) Raw material preheating section ; 2) Raw material refining section ; 3) Pre-conversion section ; 4) Water vapor conversion section ; 5) Transformation reactions and process gas heat recovery section ; 6) PSA purification section ; 7) Process condensate recovery section ; 8) Heat supply for the converter and flue gas waste heat recovery section ; 9) Steam generation system section ; 10) Compressor. The main product of the plant is industrial hydrogen, which is supplied to the hydrogen pipeline network throughout the facility; the desorbed gas produced by pressure swing adsorption is used entirely as fuel for the conversion furnace. II. Recruitment Information: Natural Gas-Based Hydrogen Production Process Engineer (Salary to be discussed) (I) Qualifications: Age: 25–40 years; minimum education requirement is an associate degree or higher (the first degree obtained); major in fields such as chemical engineering or advanced coal processing; males preferred. (II) Job Requirements: 1. Familiar with the original design, construction, commissioning, and other aspects related to natural gas-based hydrogen production; responsible for monitoring safety conditions and maintenance activities on site, analyzing and addressing abnormal process parameters promptly, and providing timely and effective coordination and leadership in case of emergencies ; 2. Responsible for the preliminary design, construction, and commissioning of hydrogen production using natural gas ; 3. Responsible for process adjustments and supervision during the production process, as well as analyzing and improving problems that arise during production operations ; 4. Organize and arrange job training, skill assessments, and production safety training ; 5. Lead the formulation and revision of various departmental operating procedures and work documents, and organize all the preparatory and verification tasks as well as the initial startup of the facility ; (III) Work experience: At least seven years of experience in natural gas hydrogen production; at least two years of experience as an engineer. Those with experience in the construction of natural gas hydrogen production projects and in starting up and shutting down such systems are given priority. Team Leader for Hydrogen Production from Natural Gas (Salary to be discussed) (I) Qualifications: Age: 25–40 years; junior college degree or above (primary education level); major in chemistry, coal deep processing, or related fields; males preferred. (II) Job Requirements: 1. Familiar with various positions involved in hydrogen production from natural gas; responsible for monitoring safety production and maintenance operations on site, promptly analyzing and addressing abnormal process parameters, and providing timely and effective coordination and command in case of emergencies ; 2. Responsible for the daily inspection of the implementation of process standards and labor discipline within the team, as well as for ensuring corrective actions are taken ; 3. Responsible for carrying out process adjustments and providing feedback during the production process, as well as analyzing and improving problems that arise during production operations ; 4. Assist department supervisors in organizing job training, skill assessments, and production safety training ; 5. Participate in the formulation and revision of various departmental operating procedures and work documents, and organize all the preparatory and verification tasks as well as the initial startup of the installation ; (III) Work experience: At least five years of experience in natural gas-based hydrogen production, and at least two years of experience as a team leader; those with experience in project construction and initial startup/shutdown operations are given priority. Senior Operator for Hydrogen Production from Natural Gas (Salary to be discussed) (I) Qualifications: Age: 20–40 years old; college degree or above (first degree), with a background in fields such as chemistry or advanced coal processing. (II) Job Requirements 1. Proficient in the operational skills for both internal and external tasks in various positions related to hydrogen production from natural gas ; 2. Be familiar with the technical specifications, structure, performance, and principles of the equipment related to this position, as well as the system’s process flow and operating methods; be knowledgeable about the DCS system and proficient in operating the control panels ; 3. Be able to accurately identify emergency situations that arise during the production process and take appropriate actions to ensure safe production, as well as have the capability to manage production and initiate/shut down operations from a central control room ; 4. Assist the team leader in carrying out safety management tasks, and complete other tasks assigned by the team leader ; (III) Work experience: At least three years of experience in natural gas-based hydrogen production, and at least two years of experience in central control operations. Assistant Operator for Hydrogen Production from Natural Gas (Salary to be discussed) (I) Qualifications: Age: 20–40 years old; college degree or above (first degree), with a background in fields such as chemical engineering or advanced coal processing. (II) Job Requirements: 1. At least two years of experience in natural gas-based hydrogen production, with proficiency in the skills required for an assistant operator in a chemical enterprise ; 2. In accordance with the instructions of the chief operator, assist him in carrying out production operations, handling accidents, and ensuring safe operation at the natural gas hydrogen production facility ; 3. Take preventive measures against various accidents during operation; in the event of any abnormalities or accidents, handle them promptly and correctly under the supervision of the chief operator ; 4. Strictly follow procedures and superior instructions to ensure the stable operation of the equipment ; 5.
