Since having a stroke last year and undergoing emergency hospital treatment until discharge, I have been taking medication to keep my blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels within safe limits. Later, I concluded that the causes of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar are due to senile dementia. Old age: Generally, it refers to people who have passed middle age, whose metabolic functions begin to decline, but whose living conditions have improved. Eating: Things that were previously out of reach or too expensive to afford can now be eaten in large quantities; they are high in nutrition and calories, with a strong flavor. Stupid: With smartphones and TVs, people spend their free time using them, which results in a significant reduction in physical activity. Driven by these three factors together, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol become inevitable; the heart and blood vessels are overburdened. Coupled with a lack of physical activity, there is a reduction in the secretion of insulin and adrenaline, and as a result, dementia sets in quite quickly – progressing from a state of mental dullness to actual dementia. Exercise keeps one healthy, it improves appetite, and it helps reduce high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar. Exercising every day until one sweats is necessary to avoid becoming frail in old age.

It has been implemented – I practice the guitar for half an hour every night to prevent dementia. There’s no perseverance to keep up with lip brushing, jumping rope 1,000 times a day, or working out with weights for half an hour.
