It should be determined based on the required negative pressure, which is approximately 0.018 MPa.
Add a flow meter, but I personally don’t think it’s very useful for this purpose; since low-pressure steam is being used, there’s no need for it. Hehe, let’s hear what others have to say

As with all Venturi principles, negative pressure is created by generating a pressure drop. I remember doing a certain organic chemistry experiment in college where water flow was used to create suction; let me give a slightly more abstract example – it’s somewhat similar to wind.
