I’m not sure if all small teams have this problem: there’s always some ’old hand’ who acts as a supervisor, wandering around during working hours to observe everyone, and checking each workstation after work. They themselves have work to do, but what they do can be described as thorough if you put it positively, or as extremely slow and tedious if you put it negatively. It always quietly sticks its head out from behind the person, stares at the computer screen, and asks what task this is for Everyone has been scared more than once. Uh... speechless
The company’s supervision department sometimes recruits staff; it’s relaxed there and the salary is high.
It has nothing to do with size. It is related to company management
