There are only 7 days left until the first-level constructor exam. Are everyone ready for it? Considering that many of you have practiced with past exam questions many times, but are taking an actual exam for the first time, Liyanjun has prepared some strategies for answering questions in the exam. Epidemic prevention requirements: mask, health code, travel history code, negative nucleic acid test report, etc.; enter the exam area in advance in accordance with the requirements! 5. Be sure to identify the examination venue and plan the route in advance; if the distance is large or the transportation is complicated, consider booking a hotel. Also, search for fast-food restaurants near the examination venue in advance to solve the problem of having lunch. In short, go all out and prepare to give your best performance! “Exam strategies: Multiple-choice questions (answer-solving techniques). Multiple-choice questions have 4 options, of which only 1 is the most \"appropriate in response to the question\" (these four words are very important; over 60% of candidates, when faced with certain multiple-choice questions, reach a point where they think every option is correct. In such cases, one should reflect on why they didn’t practice properly on a regular basis). )The remaining 3 are all distractors. Choose correctly: 1 point ； Wrong choice results in 0 points. The exam questions all revolve around the basic concepts, principles, and methods in the textbook. For multiple-choice questions, the time allowed per question is no more than 50 seconds. The following strategies can be used: (1) Direct selection method: Choose the correct answer directly; this method can be employed when you are familiar with the relevant topics, as it helps save time. (2) Indirect selection method: that is, the exclusion method. If the correct answer cannot be identified immediately, eliminate the incorrect options one by one until the answer is found. 【Especially suitable for multiple-choice questions】 (3) Guessing method: When elimination still leaves two or more options that cannot be determined, or when it’s not possible to eliminate any of the options at all, one can rely on intuition to make a guess. Generally, the more answers that are excluded, the higher the probability of guessing correctly. 【Use with caution】 (4) Comparative method: No matter how skilled the proposer is, he is still a human being, not a god. To piece together the answer, the language used need not be highly specialized; by analyzing and comparing the answers and questions, one can identify certain patterns, rule out unreasonable options, and guess at the correct answer. (5) The sacrificial answer method: First, use the mnemonic – if there are three long and one short, choose the short one; if there are three short and one long, choose the long one. Note: For multiple-choice questions, there are at least 2 correct answers; if you are not sure about the third answer, do not select it ； For multiple-choice questions, each question has a time limit of 100 seconds. 【Choosing 2 options is completely safe; choosing 3 options is a risky move.】 】 ； Skills and strategies for answering three case study questions: First, we should be able to identify the implicit information characteristics in case studies: ① Time: This involves project duration, scheduling, two-node network diagrams, claims related to project duration, and the definition of warranty periods; ② Location: It relates to hazards and accidents that arise from underground work, work at heights, and concurrent operations, as well as the construction plans associated with these situations; ③ Climate and environment: This includes high temperatures in summer (which affect large-volume concrete work), heavy rainfall, mudslides, and lightning; as well as problems caused by wind, snow, ice, and low temperatures in winter; ④ People: Various levels of management personnel, special workers, main contractors, subcontractors, owners, supervisors, and officials from regulatory agencies; is the division of labor appropriate? ⑤ Conflicts: Various problems that arise as a result of construction activities; these give rise to many questions such as “Is this appropriate? Is it correct? Why?” Second, master the common types of questions asked in case studies: ① Is the approach correct? (Two types: either ‘yes’ or ‘no’). Why? What should be done if it is correct? ② Are documents, reports, records, etc. comprehensive? If not, please complete them! ③ Are the measures taken appropriate? ④ How should situations, events, or accidents be handled? What are the reasons? ⑤ Direct questions may be posed, such as the principles for price adjustments, control measures, calculation of project duration, identification of the critical path, etc. Third, how should we answer: 1. After identifying the question, answer only with the key words, without adding any other text. 2. Answer the questions by listing points. 3. Answer any question asking where the quality issue lies, which regulations were violated, and what the reasons are. The three steps for answering are: ① First, state whether it is correct or incorrect. ②For the mistakes in the two-step answer, first write down that (the mistake lies in not following the guidelines), then copy the background information. If you don’t know where the error is, consider all the steps related to quality construction mentioned in the background to be incorrect. Copy the question and the background information, and list all the errors present in the background; no points will be deducted for making mistakes. ③The correct way to answer in three steps: (First, write down the correct approach according to the guidelines.) If you’re not sure about the correct method, reverse all the steps shown in the background. 4. If the question asks what the basis for doing so is and what the evidence is, it is necessary to cite laws and regulations, design documents, and standards. 5. If the question asks for reasons, first copy the background information; if you can’t remember it, then discuss it from the five aspects of people, machines, materials, methods, and environment. 6. If the question requires asking questions based on certain characteristics, write down those characteristics and copy the background information.
