The company is a large state-owned enterprise located in Huizhou, Guangdong; it is a major petrochemical company that is constructing a gasification-based hydrogen production facility. It plans to hire some internal operators and external operators. Relevant policies shall be followed as stipulated, and salary details will be provided by the HR department after the preliminary screening. Chief Operator for Gasification (Salary to be discussed). I. Qualifications: Age 20–40 years; college degree or above; major in chemistry, coal deep processing, or related fields; with 3–5 years of work experience in four-nozzle gasification furnaces. (II) Job Requirements 1. Possess the skills necessary for working as the main operator or assistant main operator in a four-nozzle water-coal slurry gasification system ； 2. Be familiar with the technical specifications, structure, performance, and principles of the equipment used in the four-nozzle gasification process, as well as the system’s process flow and operating methods. The operator should be proficient in the DCS system and skilled in operating the control panels ； The external operator is familiar with the on-site procedures and capable of handling startup, shutdown operations as well as emergency responses. 3. Be able to accurately identify emergency situations that arise during the production process and take appropriate actions to ensure safe production; the shift supervisor should have the capability to manage production as well as initiate and stop operations from the control room ； The external operator has the ability to direct on-site operations. 4.
