Can I use an email address? Can it use fuel from another car?
The fuel tank cannot be kept; the remaining fuel can be drained and used by other vehicles.
This is on par with aerial refueling planes

The fuel from three of those cars is then given to two others, enabling those two to run another 50 kilometers. The fuel from 4 of those cars is given to the remaining 4 cars, who then run another 50 kilometers. The fuel from 2 of those cars is given to the other 2 cars, and those 2 cars run another 50 kilometers. Finally, the fuel from 1 car is given to the other car, allowing that last car to run an additional 100 kilometers. In total, they can travel up to 270 kilometers
In this way, the first vehicle covers 10 kilometers and is discarded, while the second vehicle covers 11 kilometers. Discard: the third vehicle at 12.5 kilometers; the fourth vehicle at 14.4 kilometers. Discard the fifth vehicle at 16.7 kilometers; discard the sixth vehicle at 20 kilometers; discard the seventh vehicle at 25 kilometers; discard the eighth vehicle at 33 kilometers; discard the ninth vehicle at 50 kilometers; discard the tenth vehicle at 100 kilometers. Beyond 290 kilometers
