A few days ago, a contractor from a company came to submit a bid; it was found that the person designated as the legal representative on that company’s business license was not the same as the person designated as the legal representative on its operating permit. I don’t understand; can the same company have different legal representatives? If possible, how many legal representatives can a company have?
