This can’t be compared. Currently, the salary for designers typically consists of a basic salary plus performance bonuses; when there is a heavy workload, the performance bonus is higher. If there is a continuous shortage of design tasks (especially in pressure vessel manufacturing plants), it’s difficult to even maintain the basic salary, let alone get performance bonuses.
