All dry-process cement production lines utilize the flue gas at the kiln exit for raw material drying, preheating of raw materials, and waste heat power generation. The flue gas is collected by a bag dust collector. A bag filter is a type of dry dust filtration device. It is suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. When dust-laden gas enters the bag filter, the dust particles are filtered out as it passes through the filter bags. Larger and denser dust particles settle due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper, while the gas containing finer dust particles has its dust trapped as it passes through the filter material, thereby purifying the gas. Operation process of the bag filter: Dusty flue gas enters the filter from the side inlet, passes through the filter bags, enters the clean air chamber, and is discharged from the outlet on the other side at the top. In the dust, larger particles with higher density settle in the ash hopper, while the finer dust adheres to the filter bags. Regular pulse vibrations and cleaning via nozzles dislodge most of the dust into the ash hopper, from where it is then removed. The coordinated treatment of waste with cement inevitably leads to much stronger corrosion than before. In particular, the corrosion of the bag dust collector at the kiln tail before exhaust into the chimney is even more severe. The anti-corrosion protection for the bag dust collectors at the tail end of cement plant kilns must meet the following requirement: the high-temperature resistance of the protective coating should be taken into account ; Effectively reduce the residence time of condensate water on the inner wall of the dust collector ; Effectively prevents the penetration of water molecules and hydrogen ions ; Prevent oxygen penetration ; Effectively prevents corrosion caused by possible fluoride ions, and stops fluoride ions from damaging the anti-corrosion coating ; The anti-corrosion coating must be able to conduct electricity, in order to prevent charge accumulation, which could lead to bulging and subsequent peeling of the coating ; Effectively prevents corrosion caused by ions such as Cl-, SO42-, CO32-, NO3-, and ammonia in flue gas ; Effectively resist the erosion and penetration caused by organic small molecules (which occur during the co-processing of municipal waste in cement kilns), thereby minimizing the swelling of the coating resulting from these organic small molecules. Based on relevant corrosion principles, combined with the cement production process and experience in corrosion prevention within the cement industry, Engineer Song from Beijing Zhisheng Weihua Chemical Co., Ltd. recommends applying corrosion protection measures inside the dust collectors, using the ZS-1032 high-oxidation-resistant anti-corrosion coating. This product uses polytetrafluoroethylene as the film-forming solution, with barite, flake graphene, and other materials as fillers. After curing, the coating has high inertness and high density, with a temperature resistance of up to 250°C. Triple-coating technology for impermeability ; Dense, saturated F-fluoride-infused resin film ; Scales structure colorants and fillers ; Excellent chemical and physical properties ; Inert coating system ; The potential difference that tends to equilibrium after polarization ; The excellent adhesion of chemical anchor structures ; A smooth and wear-resistant surface structure. Anticorrosion coatings are applied as a single layer; generally, 3–4 coats are applied, with a film thickness of 0.3–0.5 mm being sufficient. No auxiliary materials such as lining fabrics are required, and the construction is simple with a short duration.
