The newly upgraded system we worked on these past few days has been successfully launched; P, I’m posting here to offer my congratulations. By the way, let me also explain why I haven’t been to Haichuan these past few days. :) We have three systems here; what is being upgraded this time is the second-phase urea production unit. The previous synthesis system has been modified to use a high-pressure system (I’ll tell you more about the specific modifications if anyone knows them: handshake :call: ). I was fortunate enough to be involved in the initial operation of the system after its renovation (i.e., to help out:lol). To be honest, I was quite nervous; I had no experience with initial operations, nor did I have a thorough understanding of high-voltage circuits. It was thanks to my mentors that everything proceeded smoothly.

Has the owner changed the urea cycle from water circulation to ammonia stripping? Many manufacturers have made changes; with lower consumption and lower costs, they are likely to be profitable now. I wonder how well the effect achieved by the original poster is?

At present, my company is carrying out an expansion project in another location, and I am fortunate enough to be in charge of part of this work.
