Insulating garments for security officers at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics have been distributed; 70% of the insulating material used in these garments is made up of various functional polyester short fibers produced by Yizheng Chemical Fibers.
Due to the special climate conditions associated with winter sports, the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee has set higher requirements for the thermal materials used in manufacturing security clothing and uniforms. These materials need to protect against extreme cold and wind while also ensuring breathability, moisture wicking, and lightness for comfort. The various functional polyester staple fibers developed and produced by Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibers feature properties such as fluffiness, comfort, warmth, and dryness, and are at the leading level in the industry.
