What is the general ratio between the carbon content of fly ash and the carbon content of ash residue? Different types of coal are burned in different furnaces in different ways. Please tell me about it. Give examples.
The carbon content of chain grate fly ash is generally 15~45% (usually 30%), and the carbon content of slag is generally 5~10%, sometimes as high as 15~20% when combustion is not good. The carbon content of pulverized coal furnace fly ash is generally 4 to 8%, and the carbon content of slag is generally 3 to 6%.
The carbon content of the fly ash of the four medium-storage pulverized coal boilers in our factory is generally between 2 and 4.5%, and the carbon content of the slag is generally between 1 and 2.5%.
The carbon content of CFB boiler slag is less than 1%, and the carbon content of ash is 7-10%.
Our 130t furnace, two pulverized coal furnaces, burns coal with a calorific value of about 5,000 kcal. The volatile content is about 8%, fly ash is generally 9% to 15%, and slag is about 20%.
