How much does it cost to invest in a small-scale factory?

You don’t say what scale is needed for caustic soda – how am I supposed to figure that out?
Small caustic soda plants can use metal-anode electrolytic cells, which require much less investment
How many ten-thousand tons of caustic soda is planned to be invested in for this project? If it’s considered small-scale, then a 5W-ton caustic soda project will suffice
These days it’s always the big projects that get priority; **projects of 50,000 tons are no longer approved. I have a plan for a 300,000-ton ion exchange membrane project – you can take a look if you have time.** . . .
If investing in a chlor-alkali project, there is a mandatory document; without it, it’s not possible to proceed. For magnesium compounds: if local resources are available, good returns can be achieved, with an investment of around 10,000 tons costing between 5 and 10 million yuan (depending on local conditions).

Raw materials can be ordered in advance, products can be sold first and payment made later :lol. Or it would also be fine to use only the manufacturer’s samples for production
It’s around 300 million, enough to invest in 100,000 tons of caustic soda
