Registration of software copyright: 1. For software that is the result of work-related innovation, regardless of whether copyright registration has been filed with a software registration authority, the copyright belongs to the company, or it is jointly owned by the company and the affiliated entity (or the entity that carried out the development) that has legal person status. 2. Software developed by entities or individuals for use solely in their own research, production, operations, or daily management is, in principle, not subject to copyright registration. 3. Software that does not constitute an innovative achievement of any technological project shall have its copyright registration handled voluntarily by individuals or organizations.
