The following innovative achievements accomplished by employees of the organization are considered to be work-related innovations: 1. Innovative achievements achieved within their regular job duties； 2. Innovative achievements resulting from the completion of tasks other than those assigned in one’s regular job at the organization ； 3. Innovative achievements accomplished by utilizing the unit’s material and technical resources ； 4. Innovative achievements related to the regular job held at the former employer or the tasks assigned by that employer, completed within 1 year after retirement/transfer from such employer or after the termination of labor or personnel relations. It is worth noting that the intellectual property rights for the innovative achievements in positions held by the company and its employees belong to the company.
