R&D Engineer: 1. Familiar with or proficient in cutting-edge technologies in the chemical industry, with the ability to assess technological development trends. 2. Organize and participate in the company’s R&D strategies for the chemical industry, and oversee the implementation of industrial-related technology development. 3. Understand the performance characteristics of the company’s products, and utilize advanced technologies to continuously improve these characteristics and increase their added value. 4. Responsible for tackling key technical challenges and addressing everyday R&D issues. Requirements: 1. Under 45 years old, with a master’s degree or higher, in a field related to chemistry or materials science. 2. At least five years of work experience in advanced enterprises in related industries; experience in R&D for coal chemical or petrochemical downstream products is preferred.
