Seeking advice on issues with CADWorx Plant version 2008

I searched for CADWorx Plant 2008 on Xunlei, and two versions appeared: one is a compressed RAR version weighing over 50 MB; the other is an EXE version weighing around 488 MB, while there’s also one version that’s 7.4 MB in size. The one over 400 includes several modules such as equipment, steel structure design, drawing creation, roaming, etc.; which one is better to use?
In 2009, I couldn’t use the ISOGEN module in WINDOWS 7; whenever I tried to install it, I couldn’t access CAD due to error messages.
