This is just a transitional step; who knows, next we might go to another department
Do your own job properly, report when necessary, and make requests when required: lol
Who knows? Anyway, they’re in a good mood now that they’ve arrived
This is the type of leader I like. It offers high freedom; there’s no need to do too many things that one doesn’t like. There’s plenty of time to do what one enjoys – what a great leader!
Do your own job well, and you can slack off a bit – more freedom.

As long as their superior uses them, there’s a reason why they are useful. It has nothing to do with you at all, and there’s no need to judge it. If it doesn’t look right to you, just try hard to sit in that seat. By then, there will also be people who will judge you in this way. The current approach can only be described as \"trying to understand an elephant by touching it blindly\" – it involves people who are not in the right position to handle the matter. Since I’m not in this position, my knowledge is bound to be limited. Be the best version of yourself, keep learning, keep striving to improve, for only by reaching higher can you gain a broader perspective. With all due respect, my personal opinions are for reference only.
