I suddenly want to discuss this issue: in device management, which is more important – experience, technology, or approaches?
Of course, it’s technology; empiricism cannot be mistaken, and thinking patterns are also important as they directly affect the quality of equipment management: lol :victory:
These three elements complement each other; experience can, to a certain extent, represent technology, while clear thinking is an important aspect of equipment management
In my opinion, all three are important, but the approach determines everything, because equipment management is also a form of management!
The management of equipment refers to the management of it throughout its entire life cycle; it is a fairly specialized field, so both technology and experience are important. As for strategies, they are somewhat abstract concepts – of course, if those strategies are incorrect, all efforts will be in vain!
According to our boss, the way of thinking determines the path forward. If the approach is wrong, all efforts can turn out to be disastrous; this is a profound lesson we have learned from our work. Similarly, there is a saying in training as well: \"If the direction is wrong, efforts are in vain\" – which probably expresses this idea. Please continue the in-depth discussion!

I think all three are important. It’s difficult to resolve sudden equipment issues without certain technical skills as well as management experience; good strategies are needed to address problems more effectively
Good experience, excellent skills, along with forward-thinking ideas – that’s the ideal combination.
Equipment management relies first on technology; as experience is accumulated over time, management strategies can be chosen based on that experience. Only with the right strategies can the standards and quality of equipment management be improved, making it more systematic and standardized.
Good skills rely on experience; they are acquired through experience. Only with sufficient technical experience can one have the right approach. It is only when one has experience and a clear approach that it can be said that one has good skills. It is undeniable that skills are of utmost importance.
