Do you use work time for personal matters?

You are going out on business. Then, it happens to be a convenient route to use the company car for a personal matter; it only takes a few minutes, and no one will know that you’re using the company vehicle for personal purposes. If it’s not done on the way, one will have to spend 2 hours or more later to do it deliberately. Can you distinguish clearly between work matters and personal matters?

In our company, as long as you stay within the office, if you need to leave for personal matters for half an hour or an hour, it’s sufficient to inform your supervisor. The boss said that for such minor matters, we shouldn’t be too strict and should instead be more humane. Of course, this applies to situations where going out doesn’t interfere with work.
My principle is to get the work done quickly and efficiently when there is work to do, and to turn a blind eye when there’s no work.
The company is my family; I have everything I need within the company, and there’s no distinction between personal and professional matters.
Don’t be depressed; keep a positive attitude
It depends on your time and energy; if you’re very busy, you won’t even have time to think about it. .
