There are many forms of sulfur recovery. It depends on the specific patent used. If you use it, you can first check whether the other party's technology is within the validity period. If the price is high, you can switch to other forms of recovery technology and it can be achieved.

CLAUS+SCOT does not require royalties. SUPERCLAUS can ask Hefeng, it is estimated to cost 2 to 5 million.

If you are a leader, please choose domestic technology. There is absolutely no problem in doing projects in this area in China. Several major authoritative design institutes can estimate very well (Sichuan Design Institute, Qilu Design Institute, Luoyang Design Institute), and other design institutes have no problem. Don't let foreigners use our money. The key is that it's not worth it, and we ask foreigners to estimate it. In China, we can estimate the same sets of equipment, and the results are similar.
The prerequisites for using ultragram are that the air flow should be relatively stable and the gas composition should be relatively stable. It is best to contain no or as little heavy hydrocarbons or carbon-containing compounds as possible. The concentration of hydrogen sulfide is best not to be too high. If it is higher, an additional level of Claus should be considered. Its yield can only reach a maximum of 99.2%. A higher yield is not guaranteed. Even if it is higher, the other party will not dare to write it into the contract.
There are two catalyst manufacturers in China, one is the LS system of Qilu, and the other is the CT6 series of Southwest Research Institute. We have used both devices and the results are pretty good.
