What are the products of heating and cracking discarded tires? How to separate? Thank you! As the title says!
The pyrolysis of waste tires mainly involves three processes: thermal pyrolysis, catalytic degradation, and microwave depolymerization. The pyrolysis technology for waste tires refers to a process in which waste tires are heated under conditions of complete oxygen deprivation or limited oxygen supply, causing their polymer compounds and organic additives to degrade into low-molecular or small-molecule compounds, thereby enabling the recovery of gases, oils, solid carbon, steel wires, and various chemical products. The pyrolysis products include gaseous fuels, liquid oils, and carbon black. The existing pyrolysis techniques include atmospheric inert gas pyrolysis, vacuum pyrolysis, and molten salt pyrolysis.
How are liquid oil and carbon black separated? Distillation or some other method?
