How to write a year-end summary for processes

It’s the end of the year again, and my supervisor has asked me to write a year-end summary. I’m not sure what to include regarding the workshop’s processes...
You can write about the work you’ve done in terms of workshop processes over the course of this year – for example, technical improvements, process maintenance, and the impact of the processes you’ve handled on workshop production, etc. It’s actually quite easy to write a summary for a role related to workshop processes, as you are involved in concrete tasks that can be documented; keep it up!
1. Review of the year’s process performance； 2. Completion status of various technical indicators ； 3. Existing problems and solutions ； 4. Work approach and plans for next year ； That’s roughly all the content!

We still need to talk about the process execution rate, as well as the impact of the process on the overall operation. Employee training is another topic that needs to be discussed, along with any potential areas that require analysis. The internal contents should mainly include the following aspects: 1. The completion of annual production targets and the operating rate. What proportion do internal and external factors account for in influencing the operating rate? ； What proportion is attributed to factors inherent in the process itself and what to other factors? Reasons why the process affects the operating rate, as well as solutions or measures that need to be taken. 2. Status of technical upgrades completed in the previous year, and plans for technical upgrades in the coming year. 3. The implementation status of process parameters; identify which parameters are no longer suitable for production requirements and need to be modified. 4. Regarding process management, what are the shortcomings that need to be improved? For reference only!
In terms of process technology, it can generally be divided into three parts: 1. Completion status of this year’s work 2. Problems existing in this year’s work 3. Plans for next year’s work
