Abstract: The catalyst consumption in catalytic processing units is primarily determined by the particle size distribution of the catalyst, the amount of ground powder, as well as the activity and stability of zeolite catalysts. Abroad, little emphasis is placed on catalyst consumption, but in China it is still given considerable importance. This paper examines the differences in wear resistance and reaction performance of catalysts prepared by different processes, and proposes ideas for improving catalyst preparation.
