1. Before using the motor assembly line, it is necessary to first check whether the power supply lines in the workshop meet the load requirements of the equipment, and whether the voltage and frequency of the power supply are in accordance with the specifications set for the equipment. 2. Regularly check whether the connections of all wires in the motor assembly line are reliable and in good condition, and whether there are any signs of rust or similar issues. 3. During the operation of the motor assembly line, components must be placed in their proper positions; it is strictly prohibited to allow items such as paper scraps, pieces of cloth, tools, and other non-assembling materials onto the line, in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor assembly line. 4. The conveyor belt should be adjusted promptly: The tensioning device at the end of the conveyor belt is equipped with an adjustment screw. The tightness of the conveyor belt is set correctly during installation; however, after it has been in operation for some time, wear on the various moving parts due to continuous stress can cause the belt to stretch. In such cases, rotating the adjustment screw can help restore proper tension, but care must be taken to ensure that the tension is appropriate. 5. Regularly check whether all components of the motor assembly line are properly assembled, whether there is any loosening of fasteners, and whether there are any unusual noises coming from inside the machine. 6. Before starting the motor, it is necessary to check whether the reducer in the main drive system has been filled with oil; 30-grade engine oil or gear oil should be used, filling it up to the marked level. The oil should be cleaned and replaced after 200 hours of use, and thereafter every 2,000 hours of use. 7. Every year of use, the bearings and bearing housings of the motor assembly line should be inspected and cleaned. If any damage is found that makes them unsuitable for use, they must be repaired or replaced immediately, and lubricant should be applied, with the amount of lubricant being about two-thirds of the interior volume. 8. After each shift’s work is completed, debris under the production line and the main and auxiliary machines should be cleaned up, to ensure that the motor assembly line remains clean, orderly, and dry, thereby extending its service life.
