Generally, when the compressor outlet pressure is 7.5 bar, is it sufficient to use an air tank with a working pressure of 0.8 Mpa? Is it necessary to raise it to 1.0 Mpa? What if three stages of filtration and a heatless regenerative dryer are added before entering the buffer tank?
Generally, the compressor outlet pressure indicated on the air compressor’s nameplate is absolute pressure, while the operating pressure in the air tank is gauge pressure. Pay attention to the relationship between the two; just perform the conversion accordingly: lol. Your first configuration doesn’t have many issues, while the second one is safer! Is the air compressor from Atlas?

I called Shenjiang directly and they told me that the operating pressure is 0.8 Mpa, the design pressure is 0.88 Mpa, but the value indicated on the equipment’s nameplate is 0.84 Mpa. I’m not sure why
