The winding spindles and molds must be properly clamped; it is also forbidden to use extended handles to increase torque in order to tighten the molds. Mechanical speed adjustments of the spindle and wiring mechanism, as well as the clamping and adjustment of molds, must all be carried out after the machine has been stopped. Protective devices are installed to ensure the safety of operators in case of any abnormalities in the motor winding machine. It is prohibited to remove these protective devices without permission. Objects, workpieces, and other debris must not be placed directly on the motor winding machine, especially on the wiring screws and within the winding diameter. Close attention should be paid to the operation of the machine; if any abnormalities such as malfunctioning operations, vibrations, overheating, noise, unusual odors, or damage are detected, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after the faults have been resolved can the machine continue to operate. After completing the work, it is necessary to shut down the machine and clean it properly. First, move the electrical and pneumatic control switches to their non-operational positions to completely stop the operation of the motor winding machine; cut off the power and air supply, and remove any debris that may have remained on the equipment from the winding process.
