Proper treatment of this residue can be beneficial for society, but improper handling brings only harm. Chemical waste residues are referred to abroad as \"resources in the wrong place.\" Through several years of effort, I conducted experimental analyses on \"acid sludge oil\" for up to five years, carrying out tens of thousands of tests, and obtained invention patents approved by the Intellectual Property Office. The comprehensive treatment process for \"acid sludge oil\" (patent number: 2006100440007) has been recognized, eliminating pollution associated with its treatment and ensuring no wastewater, waste residues, or waste gases are produced during production. It does not cause secondary pollution. This processing technique involves the pollution-free comprehensive treatment of acid residue oil, resulting in low-grade products, asphalt, and other derived products. The wastewater generated during production is filtered and reused, with no polluted gases emitted. This comprehensive treatment method falls outside the category of hazardous chemical processing; it operates under low pressure, ensuring safe and reliable production. It enables the reuse of acid residue oil, thus protecting the environment and maintaining ecological balance. It brings substantial economic benefits to manufacturers, eliminates pollution, and is a practice that is beneficial to both the country and its people. It is an excellent project for environmental protection and energy conservation. Zhongxinhua Jiehui Environmental Protection Technology Institute is now promoting this technology to organizations in various provinces and cities, supplying acid-resistant and durable anti-corrosion equipment. The annual production capacity is 10,000 tons to 200,000 tons of such equipment, with a large amount of acid slag being recycled as well.
