KG01—SG/Y series width measuring devices utilize a dual-probe principle to measure the width of sheets; the probes are arranged vertically, allowing them to measure the width of sheets that pass by in a horizontal position. The double probe types of width gauges come in two forms: a fixed double probe is used when the width range of the object being measured is small ； When the width range of the object under test is large, a dual-probe system with an adjustable measurement range is used. 4. The KG01—SY series width measuring devices use a dual-probe principle to measure the width of sheets; the probes are arranged vertically, allowing them to measure the width of sheets that are moving in a horizontal position. The two probes of the width measuring instrument are independently mounted on the slide table module, and an wide-angle probe is added to each probe; the position of the width measuring probe is adjusted based on the edge position of the sheet metal detected by the wide-angle probe. 5. KG01G—DG series width measuring devices use wide-angle probes for measurement; these probes are arranged vertically. The devices are equipped with a small single-chip microcomputer system and an external digital display. Optionally, embedded intelligent modules or a host computer control system can be added as well. Auxiliary equipment such as scissor lift platforms can be installed at the bottom of the device. 6. The K/HG02-DG series width and thickness measuring instruments use a single probe to measure the width and thickness of products with rectangular or square cross-sections. Two sets of probes are arranged horizontally and vertically, allowing for the simultaneous measurement of both the width and thickness of the object being measured. The above are six typical types of photoelectric width measurement devices. It is necessary to choose the appropriate one based on one’s own production line.
