As the title suggests, what material is CS/GL?
It should be carbon steel / glass fiber reinforced plastic.
A small correction: GL stands for glass-lined. Learn together*.

It should be a steel-lined pipe; such pipes are quite common in the chemical industry as they provide corrosion resistance and strength. However, their installation and maintenance can be complicated
cs: Cabon Steel – carbon steel; gl: Glass-Lined Steel – steel with a glass lining
It should be carbon steel lined with glass enamel

CS: Carbon steel; GL: Glass fiber reinforced plastic
Fiber Reinforced Plastics: FRP; High-carbon steel: HCS; Low-carbon steel: LCS; Glass-Lined Steel: GLS; Glass steel: GS. The last two types of steel are used in chemical processing units, primarily for transporting corrosive fluids such as sulfuric acid. Based on the abbreviations, it seems that Glass-Lined Steel is the more likely option.
At first, I also thought it was a galvanized steel pipe. More information might be needed to determine that.
