How should welding procedure qualification be converted after the implementation of the new standard GB713-2008?

Dear experts: The grades specified in the new standard GB713-2008 have been changed; Q245R replaces 20g and 20R, while Q345R replaces 16Mng and 16MnR； How should welding procedure qualification be converted? Thank you

When manufacturing boiler pressure vessels using the 14Cr1MoR and 12Cr2Mo1R materials specified in GB 713-2008, the welder examinations and welding procedure evaluations conducted prior to the implementation of GB 713-2008 remain valid within their applicable scope； When boilers and pressure vessels are manufactured using other materials in accordance with GB 713-2008, the welder qualification tests and welding procedure evaluations conducted using the grades specified in GB 713-1997 and GB 6654-1996 (including its amendments) remain applicable, within their scope of application, to the new grades corresponding to those in Appendix A of GB 713-2008. Relevant organizations shall complete the conversion of relevant documents such as welding procedure evaluations to use the designation methods for the new material grades by August 31, 2009.
