To urge the inspection staff to carry out their duties, a checkboard has been installed on site; the personnel on duty are required to flip the board at regular intervals. The inspection scope should cover various aspects such as safe production, process parameters, equipment operation, document completion, site cleanliness, labor discipline, and risk prevention. Routine inspections are one of the important ways to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and installations, and they are primarily carried out by the staff on duty. The implementation of the six-level inspection system ensures that managers, production organizers, workshop supervisors, technical experts, and team leaders all participate in the inspections. From top to bottom, the process is carried out at each level, with careful attention paid to every detail, so that routine inspections focus on basic checks such as touching, observing, smelling, and listening, as well as on addressing issues related to leaks, spills, and other problems. At the same time, the video surveillance system in the control room and scheduled reminder software installed on the workstations ensure that personnel at all levels carry out inspections on time. The six-level inspection system must also specify the procedures for addressing potential hazards. After completing their inspections, plant managers and various professionals from the production teams go to the control room to register the issues found; these issues are then recorded on special correction notices. The control room distributes these correction notices to the respective workshops, which are responsible for carrying out the necessary corrections. The person who carried out the correction is required to respond within three days, indicating who did the work. For issues that are not thoroughly resolved or not corrected in a timely manner, they are reported at production meetings and on the internal network, and are included in the monthly assessments, thereby creating a positive environment in which potential problems are identified and addressed promptly. Monthly, a summary of the problems identified in each workshop is compiled, and \"green\" workshops as well as workshops receiving \"red\" warnings are identified. The results of this evaluation serve as one of the criteria for selecting the outstanding workshops (teams) of the year, thereby motivating workshops and employees to strengthen standardized management on site and to take prompt action to address any issues that arise.

It is recommended to start by trying three approaches: 1. Establish a scientific and reasonable inspection system. Appropriate supervision mechanisms should be established to implement rewards and penalties.
