It cannot be converted directly; please refer to the table in ASME (ANSI) B16.5, as the pressure tolerance varies with temperature.
150 lbs per the American standard is equivalent to 2.0 MPa per the Chinese standard; a direct conversion is not possible due to differences in testing temperatures. It’s just equivalent to that.
