A newcomer would like to ask whether there are any national standard regulations regarding the inlet and outlet flanges as well as the connection flanges of pumps?

Generally, it is the customer who puts forward their own requirements, as there are too many flange standards in China.
For equipment flanges, the American standards are generally ANSI or ASME standards, while in China they are usually HG or JB standards; you can find the standard numbers on forums.
Standards certainly exist, but generally the buyer can specify the standard to be used when purchasing a pump; it is usually the same as the flange standard for pipes, and pump suppliers can generally provide such standards. If the pump’s configuration is particularly special, it is possible to request that the manufacturer supply matching flanges
There are many specific models of flange standards for pumps! For example: the American standard is ASME/ANSI B16.5; the German standard is DIN2636; the Chinese standard is GB9115; the standards set by the Ministry of Machinery are JB82.1; the standards set by the Ministry of Chemical Industry are HG20592/HG20617; the standards set by the Ministry of Petrochemicals are SH3406-96, and so on! :)
