The design of the throttle valves (JLK, JLG series) complies with the requirements of SY/T5127-2002, API Spec 6A, and API Spec 16C. Based on their structure, they can be divided into adjustable throttle valves and fixed throttle valves; the body of a fixed throttle valve can be interchanged with that of an adjustable one. Based on their operating principle, they are divided into manual throttle valves and hydraulic throttle valves. The valve cover and valve body are sealed by metal-to-metal contact. The fixed throttle valve nozzles, adjustable throttle valve stems, valve cores, and valve seats are all made of cemented carbide, offering advantages such as wear resistance, erosion resistance, and reliable performance. Based on function, they can be divided into needle-type adjustable flow valves and cylinder-type adjustable flow valves. Pin-type adjustable flow valves are primarily used in oil (gas) wellhead systems for regulating the flow rate of oil (gas) ; Cylindrical adjustable flow valves are primarily used in throttle well control manifolds to regulate the annular pressure of fluids in the well.
