Where can it be used? (Such as circulating water or boiler water) What are the methods for treating wastewater? (Such as through reverse osmosis, etc.) Please engage in in-depth discussions and propose feasible measures.
No matter which approach is taken, achieving zero emissions is impossible. Because there is always some waste that needs to be discharged, it’s just a matter of in what form it is discharged. If the solids can be utilized, membrane concentration can be employed, and then the wastewater can be converted into solid waste through mechanical filtration for use.
I wonder if there are any good examples or manufacturers that have done this well?
I heard that Zhengyuan Chemical in Shijiazhuang does very well in this area. You can use it as a reference. :)
Achieving zero wastewater discharge is the ideal goal, but in industrial production, a rate of around 70% is considered quite good. Since exceeding this level results in very high treatment costs, it becomes impractical.
Currently, the system is capable of reusing recycled water for replenishment, and membrane filtration is employed; however, some concentrated water with high salt content is still produced. This water doesn’t want to be discharged, and it’s possible to evaporate it using waste water treatment techniques, but such methods are extremely expensive – around 20 to 30 yuan per ton. No property owner would want to use such a solution.

Zero emissions refer to very low levels of emissions, but it does not mean no emissions at all. It is impossible to have no emissions at all.
Personally, I think zero emissions are unlikely to be achieved, except in cases where the raw water contains very few impurities, such as boiler cooling water. After being used, water inevitably becomes contaminated with pollutants; treatment can only remove most of them. After repeated cycles of use, treatment, and reuse, these pollutants continue to accumulate within the water, and at a certain point it can no longer be used, as the manufacturing process does not permit the use of such water.
