How to understand the current situation of the overseas automation (maintenance) industry

Recently, I needed to write something on the management aspects of the automation industry (focusing mainly on those responsible for maintenance and construction; design firms are not considered in this context), and it became clear that aside from the various models existing in China, there is hardly any relevant information available from abroad, especially regarding how large and small enterprises in countries such as Japan, South Korea, and the United States handle automation maintenance. If anyone has relevant information, please share it; perhaps this could also be the direction for the future development of the self-control and maintenance industry.
It’s difficult to find information on this topic; the level of automation in China is currently very low. As for the situation abroad, it’s best to go to a bookstore and buy some specialized books to learn more about it
