Does formulating plastic recipes count as chemical engineering design work?

I majored in polymers and work on PVC formulation; I was wondering if this counts as chemical engineering design work

It mainly varies from person to person. What you do primarily is work on formulations, design, and process flows and things like that

I work on rubber formula design. In 2013, I took the basic exam and scored 169 points; I should have passed, but when registering I entered my company, which does not have design qualifications. I’m worried now that I won’t pass the professional exam qualification review. You’d better get a qualified agency to issue a stamp.
