Our factory has a batch of high-pressure valves, and it was found that operating them required a lot of effort even before they were put into use. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the valve stems were bent. Please ask an expert to help analyze the reasons.
1. Collisions during transportation. 2. Problems during manufacturing. However, new valves are generally very tight when turned on and off. Because, first, the sealing gasket is tight, and second, lubricants such as oil need to be added in some areas.
Poor quality product. The valve stem can actually twist – amazing. Under normal circumstances it should break brittlely; the fact that it can twist indicates that the material of the valve stem is not suitable. It’s normal for high-pressure valves to require a large torque to be operated, but there’s no reason for the valve stem to twist
1. The valve stem material is incorrect; 2. Improper operation during use led to damage of the valve stem. 3. The valve stem has not been heat-treated ; 4. If it is electric, the wiring of the motor head might be reversed, causing reverse rotation and thus bending of the valve stem ;
The valve stem is distorted; it may have been damaged during transportation. If the possibility that the valve is a refurbished used part is ruled out, then the most likely explanation is that the valve cannot withstand deformation during pressurization, meaning its quality is inadequate. Of course, another possibility is that these valves were previously used by another company; they were returned due to not meeting the standards, and the manufacturer did not conduct another inspection before sending them directly to your company. Personally, I suggest negotiating with the manufacturer for returns or exchanges; the quality of high-pressure valves must be guaranteed.
It should be a quality issue with the manufacturer, unless there was a severe collision during transportation. Such things generally do not happen.

The packaging is not good enough, which makes it inevitable that the valves will get damaged during transportation, resulting in deformation. 2. The quality of the valves is extremely poor, and this poor quality can be attributed to several factors: A. Poor manufacturing processes; B. Rough handling by workers; C. Inadequate quality control during production; D. The material used for the valves is of low quality, with inferior products being sold to customers. Many valves suffer from this problem these days! Therefore, I advise those who need to purchase valves to first check the manufacturing conditions of the valve company, its management systems, as well as the appearance of the valves.
If it’s all from the same batch, then it’s not a problem with transportation; it’s most likely an issue from the time of production.

I think there are problems right from the time of installation; it’s more likely that it was installed improperly. Will it work? There will definitely be leaks, so I recommend redoing the installation.
