I was a technician in my first year. During the major overhaul of the workshop this year, it was necessary to submit a material plan. Due to a lack of experience, I only listed valves and pipes; I waited until later, when it was safer to do so, to include flanges and screws. I would like to ask if anyone has a table showing the corresponding flanges, screws, nuts, and wrenches for valves, so that I won’t make the same mistake when submitting the material plan next year. :L
I think you can contact the valve manufacturers and ask them for information on this matter. Generally, the sample catalogs of valve manufacturers also provide explanations.
You can look it up online; all I know is that the nominal diameter of the flange at the outlet of the safety valve should be increased by one size grade
There are people on the forum; you make such a basic mistake – how is it that your boss doesn’t kill you? Is no one going to review your material plan? What do they do for a living? By the way, have you finished the major repair?

Go and check it out in person; many times it’s not necessary to follow the standards – see how it’s arranged on site

It depends on the model, specifications, nominal pressure of the valve you choose, as well as the medium used in the valve and the temperature, among other factors. It is also necessary to check whether there are any special requirements for valve installation; generally, the product catalogs of valve manufacturers specify the requirements for bolts and nuts.
