I hope that all safety management personnel will make available their organizations’ accident records for sharing! Let’s share everyone’s experience in handling accidents.
What was said on the 2nd floor is quite realistic! We have always wanted to work with other companies to share accident records. The wish is good, but there are too many obstacles. One issue is that the accident records kept by the companies themselves are problematic; workshops, factories, and companies more or less tend to downplay serious incidents and minimize minor ones ； Secondly, the confidentiality work is done quite well; after all, no one wants to expose their own weaknesses!
