In the data sheet of the stop valve, there is an item in its BODY: PORT/GUIGE---SINGE/TOP, one more item: seat---316SS stellited, what does it mean! ?

Single port means single seat, and top guide means top guide. Top guide means that the guide component (usually a barrel or valve body seal) that provides guidance for the valve core is above the valve seat.
