May I ask if, for the dry gas quality control parameters of everyone’s catalytic units, the concentration of C3 and higher components is less than 2? Can this goal be achieved?
We control the carbon triolefins in the dry gas to be no more than 3% (v). Generally, a level of no more than 2% is also controllable.
It is possible to keep the levels of C3 and components above C3 below 2. The main factors influencing this are the pressure in the absorption tower, the temperature and quantity of the absorbent as well as the supplementary absorbent, as well as the temperature and quantity of the absorbent in the reabsorption tower. The non-condensable gas from the stabilizer overhead reflux drum and the desorbed gas from the desorption tower do not go directly to the dry gas stream but instead enter the absorption tower, to prevent the non-condensable gas from carrying C3 and higher components.
It is possible to keep C3 and the C3 component at or below 2; adjustments to the operating procedures are required, along with proper control of temperature and pressure
We require it to be less than 1.5, but this is not easy to achieve, and it’s also impossible to enforce strict oversight in this regard.
