Regarding the connection of safety valve pipelines

When installing a bypass line for a safety valve, how should the pressure test of the pipeline be carried out? If there is backpressure behind the safety valve, can’t we add more weep holes?
If there is backpressure, then tears probably aren’t needed, right? A weep hole is meant to prevent things like rainwater from entering the drainage pipe, right? I don’t know the answer to the first question: L
First, without installing the safety valve, block the outlet to conduct a pressure test; then install the safety valve and test it at the designed pressure
The opening pressure setting of the safety valve is definitely lower than the design pressure of the container; therefore, if a leak test is conducted at the design pressure, the safety valve will release pressure before that pressure is reached……
