What does the CRC in the coal laboratory test sheet refer to? Please advise.
CRC refers to the code for the characteristics of coal's coke slag. The coke blocks formed during the measurement of volatile matter are divided into numbers 1-8 according to their shape characteristics, which are 1 powdery, 2 sticky, 3 weakly bonded, 4 non-melting bonded, 5 non-expansion melt bonded, 6 slightly expanded melt bonded, 7 expanded melt bonded, and 8 strong expanded melt bonded.
Coke Residue Characteristics (CRC) is the shape of the remaining material after thermal decomposition of coal. It is divided into 8 serial numbers according to different shapes, and the serial number is the characteristic code of coke slag. 1. Powder. It's all powder, no particles sticking to each other ; 2. Adhesion. It will become powdery or basically powdery when touched lightly with your fingers, and the larger clumps will turn into powder when lightly touched by the machine. 3. Weak viscosity. Press lightly with your fingers to form small pieces ; 4. No melt bonding. Press hard with your fingers to break into small pieces. The upper surface of the coke residue is dull and the lower surface has a slight silvery luster. ; 5. No expansion melt bonding. The coke residue forms flat pieces, and the boundaries between coal particles are difficult to distinguish. The upper surface of the coke slag has an obvious silver-white metallic luster, and the lower surface has a more obvious silver-white luster. ; 6. Micro expansion melt bonding. It cannot be crushed with fingers, and the upper and lower surfaces of the coke slag have a silver-white metallic luster. However, there are smaller expansion bubbles on the surface of the coke slag ; 7. Expansion melt bonding. The upper and lower surfaces of the coke slag have a silver-white metallic luster and are obviously swollen, but the height does not exceed 15mm. ; 8. Strong expansion melt bonding. The upper and lower surfaces of the coke slag have a silver-white metallic luster, and the height of the coke slag exceeds 15mm.
The characteristics of coke slag are the appearance characteristics of the coke core remaining in the crucible after making coal volatile matter. Determination by the naked eye is highly subjective. Therefore, the characteristics can be determined by simply making the volatile matter of coal. The level of the characteristics also determines the coking and caking properties of each coal to a certain extent.
right! When I was doing coal work point experiments at school, I measured the G value. Is the ratio of anthracite 1:5 or 3:3? It depends on the shape of the coke slag after the volatile matter has been removed.: If it is in powder form or it powders when pressed lightly, press 3:3, otherwise press 1:5.
