How to collect samples

Although they did not cause large economic losses, they still had an adverse impact on the normal production of enterprises. The risk of static electricity in sampling mainly comes from unqualified sampling equipment and improper operation. 1. Standing time "Guidelines" stipulate that large oil tanks should be left standing for 30 minutes after filling with oil before sampling and other operations. Most companies can do this, but some companies still have the phenomenon of dynamic sampling, and the risk of static electricity is greater. 2. Human body static electricity sampling workers should wear anti-static shoes, clothes and gloves, and discharge static electricity from the human body before putting on the can and covering the sampling port. 3. The sampling equipment used by most enterprises is qualified. Plastic buckets tend to accumulate static electricity during movement. Some companies use them to hold sampling equipment and lift them to the top of the tank, which is very dangerous. 4. Sampling rope Most enterprise operators do not reliably ground the sampling rope during the sampling process. Since the sampling rope is valid within 3 months, most of them failed to pass the actual test.
