For instruments to measure oxygen content, as far as I know, there are thermomagnetic types, electrochemical types, magnetostatic pressure types, magnetomechanical types, and laser types. The type of instrument to be selected depends on factors such as the process conditions, installation location, and method. From an economic perspective, domestic analytical instruments are relatively cheaper; you can choose the electrochemical models from Beifeng, or those from Hangzhou Juguang.
The north branch on the upper floor doesn’t seem to have an oxygen analyzer with electrochemical detection; the south branch does.
Are you referring to an online or portable type? 1. First, it’s necessary to understand the operating conditions: temperature, pressure, moisture, medium, etc. 2. What is the approximate concentration measured? If it is a percentage concentration, there are more options available: for example, magnetooxide types, magnetostatic types, zirconia types, electrochemical types, laser types, and so on. If measuring at the PPM level, for example a few PPM, electrochemical methods are generally chosen. 3. In China, relatively affordable options like Nanfen’s zirconia are also good.
There are many methods for detecting oxygen content. Taking into account the properties of the medium and the application scenario, I will introduce two types: 1) In industrial furnaces such as oxidation furnaces and boiler flues, zirconia-based sensors like MIC-02-H are commonly used; there are also contactless options such as the laser monitors produced by SIEMENS. 2) In laboratory and testing environments, GreenTone sensors offer a good cost-performance ratio; the only drawback is that they operate at DC24V rather than AC220V

Oxygen content meters include chemical sensors, ultrasonic sensors, and electrothermal sensors; they generally need to be calibrated using 100% nitrogen and 100% oxygen before use, after which measurements can be taken.

For analyzers used to measure concentrations ranging from 0 to 1000 ppmO2, fuel cell-based analyzers are relatively accurate; the downside is that their lifespan is 2 to 3 years under continuous use, and the cost of replacing the fuel cells is high
